What will we explore? 3 chapters:

1. Understand yourself & your impact on others:

Personality, strengths, passions
Triggers, inner conflicts, why you do what you do, what stands in your way

2. Heal & re-align:

Mental, emotional and energy healing
Uncover and visualize your true unfiltered aspirations
Make them a reality

3. Reprogram yourself to thrive:

Reprogram hindering neurological processes
Pivot to do what you love
Re-define your leadership and integrate it daily

How will we do this?

A powerful combo of inner transformation coaching, energy work and visualisations; Practical application on your daily work and life; All of this through a 3-month journey:

3h/week through a regular cadence of Zoom live events in groups, personalised individual coaching sessions, and self-paced individual exercises.
Fit for busy agendas: although you will gain much more by attending the live events, they can be recorded and available in case you miss one; the rest has scheduling flexibility within the program timeline.
Practice and integration time included

The first phase will be followed by 3 additional months of support whilst you practice your changes.

This program comes in 2 forms: a group cohort that journeys together for the 3 months and beyond, or an individual and personalized program, with some adjustments made to the above in order to meet your goals. How much will this cost you?

GROUP PROGRAM: CHF 2'450 + VAT where applicable, to be paid at registration. For special payment arrangements, please contact us.

The price includes:

The core phase: 4 Zoom live events of 2h in groups, 4 individual and fully personalised coaching sessions, a personalised report, unlimited access to the program's tools and exercises for your personal use
The support phase: 3 virtual group coaching of 1h (one per month), regular nudges, the option to add up to 3 individual coaching session of 1.5h at a reduced price*

Emilie Neff

An ex-engineer converted to HR. In the past 20 years, my focus has been on leading large-scale organizational and individual transformations, coaching and developing leaders and teams.

I discovered the world of energies some years ago when needing some healing. Curious, I experimented and realized the untapped power of combining the material and energy worlds for greater results, not just in private life but also at work. So many possibilities and we only use a small part of our abilities. So I decided to help democratise this. I learned from amazing professionals and practiced at first with myself and my family (we are all still alive and healthy ;-) ), and then with groups and individuals. Lots of learnings, the good and the hard way. Today I would like to bring my own contribution to a better world, combining the best of my business, human and energy experience. I've therefore created this program with a promise to keep it simple and practical.

Markus Fendrich

20 years of HR, coaching, organisational and leadership development experience in large multinational and smaller companies.

Developing individuals, leaders and teams is one of my passion. Whilst doing this, I apply a special skill I have, that allows me to go to the root and find the exact levers that will help drive radical behavioral change, at individual or organisational level.

Over the years I have created and tested my own approaches to do just that, with an ultimate goal of enabling people to live happier and creating a better world.

In this program, I look forward to help you understand why you do what you do, what hinders you, and help unblock that, in order to help you thrive.
Deeply connected with my family and other activities, I constantly learn, fail and learn again from that. One of my many hobbies is motorcycling and I just proudly introduced my daughter to it.

Nathaniel Brittain

Born in England, I have had since childhood the ability to perceive planes beyond the material world. I did not know then, that this was a quite unique ability and, as you can imagine, I needed some time to understand and adjust to that fact. Life showed me the way and I decided to leverage this quality to help others.

I trained and practiced in various institutes in England, and still continue to develop it. With this, I am able to see and harmonise the energies of people, animals, buildings, organisations, teams, plants, actually anything. I am also able to connect with people's souls, spirits and guides, and translate this in a simple and pragmatic way to you. I currently have my own practice of energy healing in Switzerland, and also work with companies and teams.

In this program, I look forward to help you see what you may not see about yourself, and provide energy advice or healing, as far as you wish.
